All FORGΞXZ products are made to order.

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before they are shipped.

Processing times may be slightly longer during:

  • unexpected production delays

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

After processing, shipping usually takes:

FORGΞXZ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

Shipping rates for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address

  • an incomplete address

  • an unclaimed package

the customer may be responsible for paying the reshipping cost.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, please contact us.

To investigate shipping issues, customers must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your FORGΞXZ gear. Because our products are made to order, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.

Made-to-Order Products

All FORGΞXZ items are produced after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not offer broad open-ended returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • changing your mind

  • preference changes after delivery

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • incorrect

we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Your message should include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate solution.


Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Size Exchanges

Because items are produced individually after purchase, size exchanges are limited.

Sale Items & Limited Drops

Some sale items or limited releases may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • processing time typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.
