1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or purchasing from forgexz.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept those updates.

2. Products & Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities, especially on Limited Edition or sold-out Blade releases

  • Correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this email as your purchase receipt.

3. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • Venmo

All transactions are processed securely. FORGΞXZ does not store your payment information.

All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax may apply depending on your location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after processing.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

FORGΞXZ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in original condition with tags attached

Limited Edition items and sold-out releases are final sale.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the FORGΞXZ name, logo, Blade naming system, graphics, and designs — is the property of FORGΞXZ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site

  • Resell or counterfeit FORGΞXZ products without authorization

  • Submit false or fraudulent orders

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access to the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

FORGΞXZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • provide customer support

  • improve your shopping experience

FORGΞXZ does not sell your personal information.

11. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraudulent transactions and chargebacks seriously.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has already been delivered or fulfilled, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with order confirmation, tracking information, and delivery verification.

Customers who submit fraudulent chargebacks may have their ability to purchase from FORGΞXZ restricted in the future.

12. Order Refusal & Fraud Screening

To protect our customers and our store from fraud, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious or high risk.

This may include orders flagged by fraud detection systems, mismatched billing and shipping addresses, or unusual purchasing behavior.

If an order is canceled for security reasons, the payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

13. Product Appearance & Variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • screen settings

  • device displays

  • lighting in product photography

  • printing variations during production

Minor variations between product images and the final printed item do not qualify as defects.
